ordering & delivery

Our terms of sale are written in Terms and Conditions of Sale. You should familiarize yourself with those before making a purchase. Here are the most important points:


Ontheuphill uses the Stripe processing platform (a secure and reliable internationally known internet payment system) to handle all card payments (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal). Your bank details (card number, expiry date, etc.) are encrypted using the latest SSL technology and are securely stored.


Ontheuphill charges applicable sales tax based upon your shipping address.


After you place an order, it takes up to 10 business days to assemble and ship your art work. We provide you with the tracking number.


For now, we only deliver to Canada and the USA. We are a young company still working to optimize the logistics worldwide. Shipping is via FedEX ground and is covered by the total price (not additional).

Because all pieces are produced to your specifications, there is a no-return policy. But if the package is damaged during the delivery, please contact us with a photo of the damage. We will replace your damaged artwork.


Notice to our US buyers: orders may be subject to import duties/custom fees. By purchasing, you acknowledge that Ontheuphill Photography Inc. is not responsible for these charges.
